Dispatch Times We aim to dispatch all orders promptly—often on the same day. However, during busy periods, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. We do not currently offer express shipping.

International Shipping

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees may apply to shipments outside the UK—including to countries within Europe—and are not included in our shipping costs.

We do not cover any import-related fees. These may be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
